Dispensation requests
Within the leagues of the AFBN there are fixed rules for participation in age and league levels. In exceptional cases, it is possible to dispensation request. Dispensations will be granted only when athletically justified and the safety of the player and fellow players can be ensured.
A dispensation request will be considered only if it is complete, timely and correct has been submitted. The review shall be conducted by or on behalf of the league director and may be supplemented, if necessary, by additional information or a mandatory sports medical examination.
A valid application requires all of the following forms to be submitted:
the dispensation request form;
a substantive motivation of the coach;
For players under 18 years of age: a agreement of parents/caregivers.
Incomplete applications or applications that do not comply with the dispensation protocol will be ignored. The minimum turnaround time is two weeks. To filing a dispensation application are cost of €25. connected.

PLEASE NOTE: a dispensation request must be signed by a board member of the respective association. Applications not signed by a board member will not be processed!
